Fulfillment Clerk

Job Description:

  • The Fulfillment Administrator is responsible for multiple aspects of the front end fulfillment operations: account implementation, account management, customer service, sales and production support.
  • Active participation in client meetings, effectively communicates plan status, changes and updates to team/client.
  • Created/Coordinates initial system set-up and manages project plan to ensure project is kept on track and goals are met.  
  • Acts as primary for store front customers; set up products, enter/process orders, creates user accounts, and sends client requested reports and inquiries. 
  • Manages all internal materials including stock, labels and packing material. 
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise.  Submit tickets for unresolved issues.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate required, 1-2 year of customer service and/or Fulfillment experience. 
  • Prior shipping and/or fulfillment knowledge and computer experience preferred (MS Office and Vera Core). 
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively, take direction from superiors and follow company procedure.
