Account Manager

Job Description:

The Account Manager maintains established accounts by providing in-house sales support to authorized purchasing agents, explains technical phases of printing, such as type style, size, paper stock, press and binding operations.  Works with individuals responsible for entering new orders in preparation of job bag.  Receives specifications for quotation and secures price from the Estimating department.  Follow progress of jobs in process to determine that required delivery date is met and reviews proofs with customers. 


College Graduate preferred with 1-3 years of experience in print.  Through knowledge of the printing process, good knowledge of color, excellent visual and communication skills needed.  Must demonstrate teamwork, productivity, quality focus, organization, time management, attention to detail and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
