Job Description: The Data/Mail Services Programmer is responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing data and mail files from a variety of sources into final production files. Analyze client data and develop a data processing plan to meet client expectations. Utilize a variety of data processing tools to manipulate fixed and variable data. Create simple and complex Mail Merge Documents. Complete data and mail documents for service teams.
Requirements: High School Graduate with 3+ years of Data and Mail Processing experience, well-versed in manipulating fixed/variable data formats as well as using list conversions, sorting/merging, address hygiene, merge-purge, segmentation, scripting and data processing applications. Technology related educational background required. Ability to manipulate large data and mail files into diverse mailing formats preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Mailing Software (BCC preferred) and Fox Pro or other similar data manipulate software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
